    Jason and his team did an amazing job on our downstairs flooring! We had some flooring problems with the kitchen and hall bath being taller than the other floors downstairs.     Had Jason come for an estimate on a floor repair and rather than looking to make a quick buck, he told me that the repair wasn't needed and that the issue wasn't as bad as I thought it had been. Even gave me advice on how to clean my floors. Honest guy. See more See less

    I helped to set up Jason's company with a flooring job at my parents' home, and we highly recommend Jason's service. There are a couple specific reasons for our recommendation. One, we believe Jason was the most flexible person out of all the people we interviewed for the job. My parents are of age, so it was very difficult for them to move all the furniture pieces. Jason and his team helped to move a lot of pieces of furniture, particularly a grand piano. This was a service that not many of his peers would do, but was very important to us. Secondly, Jason and his team completed this job in 2 days. It was shorter than many of his competitors and helpful for us to plan (because my parents couldn't stay at the house while the job was being done). Third, when my mom had a spillage problem and called Jason (post job completion), Jason came over and helped my mom. I feel this is above and beyond what a company would do.     There are not enough good words to say about Jason Tench and his crew. From initial contact to completed project, Jason was approachable and a wealth of information. Jason’s quote was well below what others offered and he said he could do our entire downstairs (approximately 800sq ft) in one day. I was skeptical but he and his team did exactly that, top notch work and got us back into our house in one day instead of a multi day project.     We recently had renovation work done at our home due to a water leak, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! The team replaced our ceramic tile flooring, installed a beautiful kitchen backsplash, and installed new carpet. They worked within our insurance budget and always showed up on time, often putting in long hours to ensure our project stayed on schedule. They also made great recommendations for other tradesmen, for plumbing and electrical work etc, for other services we needed.     Jason and his crew are honest, professional and ON TIME! They never missed a scheduled work day with my floors. Jason always contacted me ahead of time the few times he needed to reschedule a work day. Jason and his crew did an amazing job of refinishing the heavily damaged hardwood floors in the house I'd purchased. They sanded through old layers of varnish, scratches and gouges. The finished floors are gorgeous! The original kitchen floor (old vinyl tiles nailed to the floor) was replaced with luxury vinyl tiles that were installed correctly. He also renovated an entire bathroom floor with new wood support and a waterproof liner, followed by the installation of beautiful ceramic tile. and... he redid the laundry room floor, removing the old vinyl tiles (and the layers of cardboard 😮 underneath). He leveled out the concrete base and installed new vinyl tile. In closing, Jason also spent time giving me helpful input into other issues in the house. I appreciate his patience and professionalism.     A pleasure is an understatement when it comes to Jason Flooring his work speaks for himself. Jason is very timely his guys worked fast but sufficient and very pristine with seamless and flawless after math. Never in my life have I seen a whole house of 920sq feet with luxury vinyl flooring installed and completed in eight hours. The clean up was amazing the care of my walls and my appliances were the same as when I returned. Jason’s Flooring turn my floors from hot mess to hot stuff in no time, everything was perfect. Jason you are an awesome person with a great spirit.There was also a pluming issues identified while repairing my floor’s and instead of doing patch work he contacted me took pictures and even referred me to his awesome plumber who came out the same day to assist quote and schedule a date for repairs.     We hired Jason to refinish the hardwood in our 3200 sq foot house, add hardwood to our foyer, and replace the LVP in our finished garage. We got several quotes and Jason was the most affordable. Unlike most contractors, Jason was extremely responsive and communicative to both myself and my husband during the entire process. He arrived on time every day and his crew never left any trash. I felt totally comfortable having him alone in our home for an entire week. I wish I would have taken before photos because he totally transformed our house! My house feels brighter, cleaner and brand-new! It's an entirely different house and it feels like a fresh start. We love showing off our floors to our friends and family.     We just had Jason and his crew install around 1000 sq ft of new engineered hardwood throughout our entire downstairs. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. From the very start when Jason was giving us a quote he was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the process, and always made time for us. The crew knocked the install out in less than a day. They were super professional and respected our home, were friendly and worked hard. The result is simply spectacular and the quality of the work they do is exceptional. After they had left, we found one small area that had a tiny squeak (due to our subfloor - no fault of Jason) and he sent someone out the next day to resolve it for us! He truly stands behind his work and had no hesitation to help us with the situation, even though it wasn’t really his issue.     This is the second time in three months that Jason and his crew have done work for me. I had luxury vinyl plank installed and hardwoods refinished at my previous property back in March or so.     I have dealt with other floor companies , in the past. I was always unhappy with the work they did. I called Jason and he was very prompt, and professional and he and his team, Did beautiful work on my floors and stairs. I can't recommend anyone but Jason and his team.     I am giving Jason Tench Floors LLC and Jason Tench, the professional, SIX stars. Five stars is considered the best rating there is based on a consumer's usual experience and expectations with a service business. I recently purchased a pre-civil War home that basically needs work on everything. Trying to get tradesmen, plumbers, electricians etc.to even return my calls, give me fair estimates, listen to my concerns let alone do the job they agreed to do competently, on time and on budget, has been an ordeal and, needless to say, I had become a bit cynical by the time I met Jason Tench. So... Why SIX stars?     I saw the reviews for Jason on Google and decided to call for a quote. He is exactly as it states in his reviews. I am so glad I found him and decided to call him. It didn't take long to get a quote. The quote was reasonable. He fully explained the process to me no matter how many times I forgot. He ensured I knew what to expect. His staff was polite and on time every day of the process. They too, explained to me what the next step would be if Jason wasn't available at the time.     Jason and his crew. What can I say? Their work is professional, Jason is fair with his pricing and highly responsive, and their craftsmanship is outstanding. Customer service, well that was good too. We had packages delivered to our home that they put in our house without even asking. That meant a lot since it is near Christmas and we cant even go into our home. They also clearly communicated to my wife what color blends to predict and how they were going to do the work.     What can I say about my experience working with Jason that hasn’t already been said! I can confirm that he provides amazing service at a VERY reasonable price. Jason goes above and beyond for his costumers. I just purchased a new home(hooray) and wanted to get the flooring done downstairs before move in. Jason came to complete the estimate on short notice during the inspection of the home- I actually had to cancel and reschedule within 24 hours due to the inspector falling ill. That was no problem for Jason. After that we scheduled the flooring and he worked with my closing/moving schedule!     Highly, highly, highly recommend Jason Tench Flooring! They helped us with installing luxury vinyl flooring throughout our entire house. The install was done with the highest quality and the team was highly professional. In fact, a team of six started working before 8 am! The entire project was done in one day! The team put us in connection with their plumber who helped reinstall our toilets and move our hot water tank so we could install flooring underneath. The team removed everything that was demoed and all debris. No mess whatsoever.     Jason and his team are excellent! They know exactly what they are doing. We bought a home that needs some love. The original hardwoods needed special attention. Jason came out within two days to look at the job and give us a quote. Because of our budget, we tried to do them on our own but realized they needed more than we could give.
